By using the Career Helper2.0 website or its services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Organizational Policies. Please read them carefully.

🔹 2. Services Provided

Career Helper offers:

Career Counseling & Coaching (online/offline)
Psychometric Assessments & AI-Generated Reports
Academic Counseling and Student Mentoring
Islamic and General Counseling for Personal Development

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time.

🔹 3. Code of Conduct Policy ⚠️

All team members must act ethically, respectfully, and professionally.
Discrimination or harassment in any form is strictly prohibited.
Counselors must maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.

⚠️ Violation may result in termination or legal action.

🔹 4. Client Confidentiality & Data Privacy Policy ⚠️

All personal data, reports, and session notes are stored securely using Google Workspace and encrypted tools.
No data will be shared without explicit written consent.
Clients under 18 require guardian consent.

⚠️ Breaches of confidentiality are taken seriously and may lead to legal reporting.

🔹 5. Assessment & Report Policy ⚠️

Assessments are for guidance and not absolute career decisions.
AI-generated reports are human-reviewed before delivery.
Results may vary and are not legally binding or guaranteed.

⚠️ Do not rely solely on assessments for life-changing decisions.

🔹 6. Payment & Refund Policy ⚠️

Payment must be completed before accessing any paid service.
Refunds are only provided for:
- Technical issues (e.g., failed report delivery)
- Duplicate payments
No refunds are issued once a report or session has been delivered.

⚠️ Please confirm your session slot or test before payment.

🔹 7. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email.
First two changes are free. Subsequent changes incur a ₹100 fee.

B. Cancellations

24+ hours notice: Full refund or rebooking option.
Less than 24 hours: No refund.
No-shows: No refund.

C. Late Arrival

More than 15 minutes late may lead to session cancellation.

D. Counselor Cancellation

Full refund or free rescheduling if canceled by Career Helper.

⚠️ Emergency situations will be reviewed for exceptions.

🔹 8. Technology & AI Use Policy ⚠️

AI tools are used to assist, not replace, human expertise.
Counselors review all AI-generated outputs.
AI reports must not be edited or misused by third parties.

🔹 9. Communication Policy ⚠️

All communication must go through official channels (Email, WhatsApp Business, website).
Personal phone numbers of counselors are not to be used unless authorized.
Emergency sessions must be requested through formal means.

🔹 10. Child Protection Policy ⚠️

Sessions with minors require written guardian consent.
Any sign of abuse or mental distress must be reported to authorities.
Counselors must avoid unmonitored sessions with minors.

🔹 11. Cultural & Religious Sensitivity Policy

We serve clients of all backgrounds and beliefs with respect.
Counselors do not impose religious or personal views.

🔹 12. Intellectual Property

All website content, assessments, and reports are the property of Career Helper. Reuse, distribution, or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

🔹 13. Disclaimer of Liability

Career Helper is not responsible for:
- Personal decisions made based on reports
- Career outcomes following counseling
- Technical failures or internet issues

🔹 14. Governing Law

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of [Insert District/City].
